So I'm sort of back... in that I have a functional scanner once more and the time to use it. I'm finally done with school (yay) but don't have a job yet... so here I am prostituting my art about on the internet (yay?). If you have any commission you would like drawn (this includes anything "adult" you may have in mind) send me a private message and we'll see if we can work something out.

Getting caught up on all my messages and the deviations I've missed over the past few months is going to take a bit... please bear with me while I sift.

So, still no scanner with which to post artwork, but I've finished up my pen-penultimate quarter of college with straight A's and looking to blow off a little steam with drawing, so hopefully I'll have some things to post when/if I ever get a scanner. I did have a friend scan in some of my b&w stuff and he's supposed to e-mail them to me- if the quality is high enough I'll color and post them, if not I'll just post them as scraps.

Should be getting a scanner soon, at which point I can get back to posting random images. Getting closer to 5k pageviews, so once I hit that I'll open up... say 5 requests. Go nuts with 'em if I ever get there.

Just wanted to say "thanks" to everyone who messaged me, fav'd my stuff, or otherwise expressed concern/interest while I was away. Postive reinforcement is a surprisingly important part of this endeavor.

So I've slowly started posting art once again (yay) and other people are doing art trades with me (also yay) and life seems pretty okay right now (very yay).

I'm slowly getting better again, which is nice (and completely necessary if I'm ever going to get my story drawn), and gradually accruing enough pageviews that I don't feel like a complete loser.

As I am slowly approaching 4k pageviews, I am hereby announcing five open slots for trades. Note me or reply here, I'm not picky. Hell, add my AIM and message me up there if you see me on (generally in the middle of the night).

I'm going to push to 5k pageviews, being more of a DA slut, commenting on perfect strangers' pages, etc. Once there, I will do a certain number of requests, for free (i.e. no trade required; it's not like I'm charging money for this stuff). We'll say five, one for every thousand pageviews. These requests can be pretty much anything. Your characters, my characters, somebody else's characters, serious, funny, cheesecake; whatever.

If you want to see me do something outside my normal scope, this is your chance- of course, that requires you going around to other places, generating links, etc. Yes, I am shamelessly engaging in self-promotion. I'm too old for false humility.

Anyhow, in the meantime, in this unknown but probably lengthy delay before I actually do hit 5k pageviews, I am still offering to do trades. Five slots open, message me if you're interested.

So apparently I've been slacking off the last 6 months. I've been back in the University, so I don't feel too guilty about it.

I've started drawing a lot more now that finals are over and I'm more or less free until late September, so hopefully I'll post more art soon.

Unfortunately, my computer caught some sort of horriffic virus of doom not too long ago. I was able to save most of my music and all of my art and writing, but none of my games or programs, so it will be some time while I track down all my discs and reinstall things. One of the casualties was, unfortunately, Photoshop, so you can expect my next few art posts to be pencil or inked and filed under scraps, until that particular dilemma is rectified.

Apparently when I vanish for a month or so everything goes to shit. I will do my best to catch up on my messages and whatnot, and hope to have some new art to post soon. It will probably be of a more horror or sci-fi bent than my usual Exalted or Exalted-inspired stuff, but that's just where my head is at.

Deepest apologies to anyone who expressed themselves with kindness and sincerity while I was gone, only to get no response for entirely too long. I am very grateful for all the support, and hope everyone is doing alright.

It turns out that I have a couple of really good friends, who were instrumental in getting me through this latest round of nastiness. I am humbled and grateful to have such people in my life. The same goes for anyone who offered support here and on my other 'blogs and whatnot- I really appreciate it.

As for new art, we'll see, but hopefully soonish.
